Intermittent disconnects from internet Orbi 750

CBR750 with 2 satellites.  Firmware v4.6.14.4.

Last week I noticed that my iPad was losing connection to the WiFi network.  I didn't seem to have any issues with my laptops (MacBook Pro and Air) at the time, but this week I'm having problems with all my devices.  I have done a power cycle, soft reset, and factory reset, but the problem persists.  Things might be fine for hours (or at least apparently), but this morning it was happening every few minutes.  I even tried plugging my laptop in via ethernet and I'm still getting disconnect

Cable provider does not see any issues on their end but this is a major problem since I work from home.  Suggestions??

  • What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Smart Parental Controls or Circle, Traffic Meter.

Not sure if I made a mistake in the posting, but this is the cable modem version - Orbi CBR750.

At one point earlier this week, I noticed the UpStream light was flashing white, but that has since not reappeared since I did the hard factory reset.

I'm having the problem with and without the LAN connected, so I don't believe the cable is the issue - tbh, the cable wasn't connected beforehand, but I did the connection just to see if the issue was WiFi specific.

SqFt is around 1200, but two stories.  I've had this set up since July of last year with no issues.  I first noticed the problem Friday of last week.  No additional devices were added to the network, nor am I aware of any anomalies associated with my equipment.

I live in a condo, so plenty of folks / networks around.

Upstairs is both the main unit and one satellite, about 45 feet apart and in LOS, while the second satellite is downstairs and definitely 30 feet away.

2.4 was set on auto, but I use 5 for all of my primary devices and that was already set on 48.

I did not have any of the services mentioned turned on.

I'm having issues in all areas of the condo, including when connected via ethernet, so I don't believe this is a WiFi specific problem.

There have been posts recently about the CBR750 and certain cable providers.  Could you please identify which cable company you are using?

        Thanks
