The Roger’s router is an CGM4981RG. Not too helpful looking it up but seems to be a 6/6E device.
I see the 7.2.8.5 FW release, have to load it manually, auto settings say I’m upto date.
yes I’m in Cacada and maybe that’s why the new FW is not showing.
will let you know my results.

Looks like the Rogers variant of the Technicolor CGM4981. So a WiFi 6E gateway.
Try testing the iPhone with the Rogers WiFi - if that fails, try again with the Orbi turned off. Let us know the results.
After that test, try turning the Rogers WiFi off (if you haven't done that already), and see if the Orbi behaves better.
Are the problem iOS devices the only ones that are using 6G WiFi?
