iPhone and other devices will not connect to Orbi 960 Mesh

My Orbi 960 Mesh 3 pack is very soon going to be changed to another brand. I have tried anything also with support.
The problem is that the Orbi system will not let the devices connect. Sometimes e.g. the iPhone connect, but soon after it will loose connection even though signal strength is high. My family thinks it is the worst wifi anybody has. Any ideas or should I just change brand?

  • 1. What modem/gateway is the router connected to?

    2. what firmware are you on?

    3. are you using any of the parental controls, access controls features?

    4. Is this a new purchase? Or did this just start happening? (might try downgrading the firmware if so)

Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
        How many RBS are deployed?

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?

What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

Does this happen with the RBS turned OFF?
Does this happen with both wireless and wired devices?

Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, IPv6 Smart Parental Controls, and Traffic Meter.

You may need to downgrade FW as well. v.31 has issues posters have been posting about. I have my 960 system online currently on v.21 and working great.
