Hello KMDonlon,
Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!
I understand that you are having issues with your IPv6 connection on your RBR850 with firmware 7.2.7.15. This issue can be a result of using an older firmware version. Please try our most recent firmware for your RBR850 FW v7.2.8.2 then factory reset your system.
Please navigate to the download link below to download Firmware v7.2.8.2 for your RBR/RBS850 (Please be sure to update the satellite first):

For step-by-step instructions on how to manually update your RBK50 please navigate to the link below:

Yes, FURRYe38 is correct. I have tried v7.2.7.15 & v7.2.8.2. IPv6 drops on both versions.
Worked just fine with no dropping with prior firmware versions. I am currently running V7.2.6.31 with no issue. Also had no issues with several previous versions prior.
Issue began starting with v7.2.7.15. I have exhausted all the mentioned troubleshooting steps in previous threads. Something was introduced or excluded with v7.2.7.15 and
v7.2.8.2 for the dropping to begin.
My ISP is Cox. I am on a fiber connection from a Nokia ONT

Just checking, are you using detected ISP IPv6 DNS or custom IPv6 DNS?
How is the RBR configured for IPv6, which mode are you using from the IPv6 drop down menu?

I've tried both, detected and custom...no change.
I have always used DHCP, it is the only one that works. I have also tried other options in the drop down with no success. Cox calls for DHCP to be selected to pull IPv6. Again, not a single drop using firmware prior to .15. It is the firmware causing the dropped IPv6 issue 100% , I have tried almost everything to resolve in the past with no luck.
