A lot of the IPv6 issues I've seen stems from DNS issues. Try enabling IPv6. But change the dns provider for both IPv4 and IPv6. See if that helps the stability with ipv6
FYI, straight from Cox on setting up IPv6 on Orbi:

Have tried multiple dns servers, currently using Cloudflare for IPv4 and 6
