issue after firmware update RBR 850
I updated the firmware to 7.2.7.15 for my r850 and 2 s850. I updated the satellites first and then the router. Did the reset afterwards and add the satellite via the webui and set the default dhcp pool 100 to 200.
It did this one night and then some time during the next day, no connection. The app shows the router is offline.
All my devices which are wirelessly connected to router, have no internet connection except my work laptop which was connected to company intranet via vpn. Though the work laptop wifi shows ‘no internet’, but i can still browse website have video calls…
i rebooted the router via the app twice, then i was working. after 1 day, no connection again. the app shows router went off. rebooted once, it doesnt work. trying to reboot again, the app shows error, cannot reboot. i unplug the router, then rebooted. now it is working again....dont know how long it will last. i now disable all the logs, via the web UI.
Wondering what else i could do and if i should roll back to the previous version - 4.6, or the 7.2.6.31

What app is showing OFFLINE? Orbi app?
Does RBRs web page show same thing?
What devices do you have connected to the system, brand and model#.

Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.Just had my 850 series online for 30 days successfully working good.
