Have you checked the Orbi's attached device list, to see if the printers are actually connected to your network? Sometimes the problem is that the PCs lose track of them.
Is the Orbi set up for WPA2+WPA3 security? Setting it up for WPA3 could cause this problem with older devices.
Generally you can check (and/or reenter) the wifi credentials from the printers (assuming they have an LCD screen). Have you tried that?
In general, the easiest way to keep everything connected is to set up the new router to use the same network name and password as the old one.

Security is set to Wpa2. I Even tried to Connect them with an open wifi, no luck
Even if I enter the SSID manually on the printers, it doesn’t work
This routeur is the same for years and it just decided to do I don’t know what with my printers

And rest of you wifi devices are still connecting to the Orbi system?

After the reset, all devices have reconnected automatically. 2,4ghz and 5ghz, depending off the devices, even the printers
And the day after, printers were again disconnected, not seeing anymore the SSID

I would recheck out to the printer mfr and let them know what your seen. Seems like the wifi radios on the printers are not maintaining connection.
Ask them about any power management features being enabled that could cause the printer to go in to idle or sleep mode and possible loss of wireless connection or mis-handling of the wifi radio on the printer.
You might enable Guest Network on the RBR and set a WPA2 configuration there on 2.4Ghz and see if printers can connect there then maintain the connection.
