Just got home and ughh slow wifi.. RBK852
Well i went from Mesh system to mesh system trying to find the perfect fit.. Mainly trying to avoid the price tag associated with the Orbi ax6000.. Most recently tried the Arris AX11000.. returned that one this morning and came home with the Orbi.. Saw videos on youtube of reviewers pulling in 7-8-900 over wifi.. I set everything up expecting the same thing... speed test via the app using the orbi wired shows 900/940.. but standing right next to the node using my iphone 11, wifi comes in at measly 120/300.. whats the deal?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Install WiFiSweetSpots on your phone. Then have the phone connect to the RBR. What is the connect speed rate seen on the app? This is just testing the connection rate, not a bandwidth rate.
