How do you know is the hub offline and not the lock?
Is the hub connecting to one of the satellites or to the router?
Are you using wpa2/wpa3 mode for security?
The app specifically says the bridge is offline. Not sure what it's connecting to because I haven't figured out what the bridge is called in the list of devices. Using WPA2-PSK [AES] security.
Just noticed in wireless setup there's an option for iOt devices that I didn't see before (image upload isn't working for me for some reason). That might help if stuff stops working again.
