Like clockwork - RBR850 drop

RBR850 drops off line every Friday morning like clockwork.

Firmware is up to date.

Unplugging it and plugging it back in fixes it (for the week) but it goes out again on Friday.

    Does the front LED turn PINK when this happens? 

    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? 
    Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended. 

    Please check the uptime seen on the WAN port here: https://kb.netgear.com/24222/How-do-I-display-Internet-port-statistics-on-my-Nighthawk-router

    Then go to routerIP address/debug.htm and check the system uptime seen there. Let us know what you see for both places. 

     

    What FW is loaded on the RBR and RBS? 

    Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since FW was updated?
