Move Orbi satellite to a different router
I have two Orbi 750 Routers at my house. In California, Comcast lets you have 2 cable modems without charging you, so I have one modem in my garage -- about 300 feet from the house and another m...
If you power off this extra satellite, the garage router will show it as "Disconnected" and ask if you want to delete it.
Click "Yes".
Then, power off the garage router.
Carry the satellite into the house and use the "Add Orbi Satellite" (bottom menu item) to add it to the house Orbi.
Once added, it will no longer attempt to sync with the garage Orbi router and will display the SSID of the house router.
