Is IPv6 enabled on the CBR?
Check with the ISP for IPv6 configuration requirements.

When I enable IPv6 it locks everything up like it’s not working at all

Check with the ISP to see which IPv6 configuration is needed. Usually DHCP or Auto Config, however check and see which one they prefer. Also try using custom IPv6 DNS like Cloudfare or Quad9.

Each “tech” I’ve gotten with Xfinity has been clueless and blames everyone else. They may be right but just haven’t been a help. Unfortunately, other than Starlink, they are my only option

FYI, teredo is used for ipv6 tunneling.

Yep.
Also FYI, IPv6 isn't really needed for XBOX. My ISP doesn't support IPv6 natively and have been using xbox for years with out it.
