Nest Protect will not connect to Orbi AX4200 RBR750

I just bought an Orbi Mesh systems AX4200 RBR750 and it will not connect to my Nest Protect devices (2nd Gen).  Worked ok with Nest Theromostat.  I was using the phone app.  Any suggestions?

Already tried the following:

1) tried diffrent iphone

2) rebooted Router

3) replaced battery

What Firmware version is currently loaded?

Try disabling AX mode on 2.4Ghz under Basic tab/Wireless settings?

Try CTS values to 2347 under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings

      My device firware is: V3.2.16.22

The only interface with this device that I am aware of is the app on my phone  that I used to install the system.   Is there some way to get to these set up/basic/advance settings options from my computer browser?   Sorry for my lack of knowledge, I have had an apple time capsule for ~12 years and I never had to do anything to it ever.

You need a PC or laptop and web browesr to log into the RBR web page at 192.168.1.1 or orbilogin.com.

Tried that too. It didn’t work. If you hold the nest protect button down, it will erase all settings. Still didn’t work.

I have 4 Nest Protects successfully connected to my Orbi 850 running V3.2.16.22_1.4.9.  I have my Nest Thermostats connected to another wireless networks, but my Protects are working fine.  My Protects are all 2nd gen - My 1st gen ones expired and had to be replaced, so I went through the wireless setup recently for 3 of them.  I used an iPhone for the setup and I think it leveraged my Nest Cameras to piggyback their wireless setup.

For my Orbi I did change CTS/RTS Threshold to 2457 for both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz.  I find that this value maximizes wireless compatibility across my devices.  I also have AX disabled for 2.4Ghz (only, it is still enabled for 5Ghz).  That's the extent of my changes from the firmware defaults.

BTW you can also use your iPhone to get to the Orbi admin website:

        1. Open Chrome, go to https://orbilogin.com, enter your admin name + password, dismiss Armour ad, click to Advanced tab.
        2. Click to Setup on left, select Wireless Setup on left, uncheck Enable AX for 2.4Ghz band.
        3. Select Advanced on the left, select Wireless Settings on left, change CTS/RTS Threshold for both bands.
