Netgear Orbi rbr750p
Trying to setup and can never connect to the Orbi tried everything not sure what to do

Would help to know exactly how this setup is being done
- using web interface with a computer?
- using the Orbi 'app' when connected to the WiFi signal?
- Tried both couldn’t connect either
