Does this happen with all RBS turned OFF?
How many devices in total is connected to the system?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
IS IPv6 enabled on the RBR?
What channels are you using on the RBR?
What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

🛰
For that size of home, the RBR would be enough, maybe ONE RBS out at 30 feet. 3 satellites is too much: https://youtu.be/UR0viMLISz4
Please turn OFF two RBS and test.
Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

I currently have my 963 series online now and all is good with two RBS. However my home is 5k sq feet.

thank you for your reply i have tried turning off 2 of the mesh satelite and the kitchen is still a dead zone
can you offer me advice on placement with the 30 feet my house is not that big for it to have dead spots
hoping that anything can improve my ongoing issues having a dead spot in my house has become extremely frustating.

Hello ArkAngel268 ,
Thank you for your response!
Absolutely, please navigate to the links provided below for placement recommendations for your Orbi Mesh system:
https://kb.netgear.com/31029/Where-should-I-place-my-Orbi-router-and-satellitePlease note that if you are only able to have the router on the edge of the network, you may have to set your network up for a daisy chain topology if there are compatibility issues.
Please navigate to the link below for additional information about daisy chain topology:

Any progress on this?
Please post a drawing or diagrame of the floor lay out of your home and mark where you have the RBR and had the RBS placed so we can get a better idea of the situation.
