Network problems with orbi rbk853

Hi,

I've been using my orbi for around 6 moths now, all without problems but lately I've been having some annoying issues.

Sometimes my youtube video will randomly stop playing and if i refresh the page it will just say 'this page can't be loaded atm due to a network error. This only happens with youtube, I have no problem reloading any other page at that exact moment, it will just start working again after 30 seconds or so.

The other problems i've been having is both with Discord and with Teams. When I'm in a call everybody can hear me just fine, but after some random time no one will be able to hear me, but I can still hear them. It's the exact same when in a video call, I can see them, but they can't see me.

The problems I'm talking about occur on 2 different pc's and I know it's not my modem because when I activate it's wifi again I get non of these problems.

Things I have done myself:

  • Reset my modem

  • Reset my orbi and sattelites

  • Cleared cache and cookies of webbrowser

  • Switched out ethernet cables

  • Orbi defender has been expired so is not activated

  • Reset my main pc

I'm running firmware 4.6.3.16.

I hope there is somebody that can help me, I'm not to great at this network stuff but it's really impacting my workflow.

Thanks in advance.

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

What channels are you using? Auto? Try Auto and 48 on 5Ghz. Or try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

Turned off AX mode or 2.4Ghz under Basic tab/Wireless settings.
Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Set CTS to 2347. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s). Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
