Yes v.15 breaks IPv6 on Orbi systems. We've already passed this on to NG support. No idea when it will be fixed. Can use v.15 if you have a work around for it or revert back to v.21 or last good working version of FW.

You neglected to mention that Version 7.2.7.15 breaks IPv6 for RBR850 and RBS850.
I tried to reach out to customer support (a few weeks back), but they wanted me to pay to report a bug Netgear introduced through this firmware update.
In short: you reboot the router, and IPv6 works for a moment (a minute or two) then stops working. Resetting the router does not work. Other routers with the same cable modem work fine with IPv6.
Many reported the same issue on multiple forums.

I tried reverting back to the old firmware (other users reported success getting IPv6 working again with the downgrade), but it did not work for me.
I would downgrade the satellites first, and as I am about to downgrade the main router, I see the satellites, after successfully downgrading, upgraded to the latest (and broken) firmware on their own, even though I have auto-update turned off.
I tried the downgrading 3 times before giving up.

To downgrade correctly, What I do is disconnect the RBR from the ISP services. Manually downgrade the RBS first using there web pages, not the RBRs web page. When they've been sent there FW file, send the RBR FW file. Let the system process. When the system is back online an ready, factory reset and setup from scratch using a wired PC. Still with the RBR not connected to any Internet sources. After the system is setup and running, Make sure to disable Auto FW update check on the RBR. After all this, then connect the RBR back to ISP services. System should be up and running and should not update. I've done this many times.
This PDF guide is what I use all the time for upgrading and downgrading.
