I use this PDF guide to update my Orbi systems manually using a wired PC:
Has worked well for me.
Glad you got yours updated. Be sure to make a new back up to file for safe keeping.

Earlier, I tried to do manual updates both of my wifi connected satellites (753) with my local downloaded https://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/RBK752/RBS750-V7.2.7.15.zip's extracted *.chk file. Only one of the satellites got updated. Other didn't update. I had to retry for that the older firmware satellite. Does it not do update at the same time? All are now updated and working. It's sure slow and tedious to do this since I have to do update each device.

I have 2-pack RBR750 and RBS750 that I've just manually updated to V7.2.7.15_5.1.16 (the automatic update wasn't showing the new version).
Something must have broken with the HTTPS certificate, because now every browser issues the security warning when trying to connect to orbilogin.net or 192.168.0.1. I tried to manually install the certificates following this (https://kb.netgear.com/000061003/I-get-a-security-warning-in-my-browser-when-I-try-to-log-in-to-my-NETGEAR-or-Orbi-router-what-do-I-do) but they appear invalid.
It may be related to the setting below that somehow I cannot uncheck (Advanced -> Advanced -> Web Services Management -> Always Use HTTPS to Access Router)
Anyone experiencing this? There's a bunch of topics from the past on similar issues happening in many Netgear routers, but very much unclear on how to fix. I'm not 100% sold on just ignoring the warning.

The way browsers handle out of date or self service certs on NG routers.
I don't use secure HTTPs as I'm the only one that manages my routers so all is ignored.
Up to you to use it or not or to skip past it.
Something to contact NG support about. Nothing we can do here in the forums about it.
