Nexia won't connect to ORBI

HELP!!! I've tried calling customer support but no answer. Just purchased ORBI AX4200 RBK752. My Trane thermostat XL950 uses Nexia. Been unable to logon to ORBI. Nexia asks for SSID, shows my netwrok is active, then enter password & fails to connect.

    Trane XL 824 here and using it as my Nexia bridge with my RBK852 system. No issues at all here... Have you changed your CTS values for 2.4ghz to 2347? Also, have you rebooted the thermostat and Orbi?

      Orbi tech support told me to uncheck Enable AX - This WiFi mode will enable AX features, Enable 2.4G box and no problems connecting.

        Unchecking the AX box next to 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz will DISABLE AX mode. Putting a check in the check box will ENABLE AX mode.
