No Devices Connecting to my Satellites RBR750 and RBS750P's
I am hopeful someone can assist here. I purchased an RBK753P kit back in February. A month ago the Hardline ports on the router stopped working. I contacted service, they determined it was a hardware issue and sent me a new router. Since I set this up, I have not been able to get any equipment to connect to the Sats. Everything connects to the Router and not the Sats (and I have some low data on a few devices).
In researching, I have noticed that the new Router is a RBR750 (should this have been an RBR750P)? The Sats are all RBS750P's. While researching Firmware's, I have noticed the RBR750 has a Firmware V 7.2.6.31 where the RBR750P's have a top FW Version of 6.3.8.5 I thought this was odd.
Should the Router and all Sats have the same FW? As it stands on my system currently RBR750 is at 7.2.6.31 and the two RBS750P sats are at 6.3.8.5. I did attempt to Manually update the sats to the 7.2.6.31 but the updates failed to load. I assume because it was the wrong version.
Does anyone know if I was sent the wrong replacement possibly? Will the RBR750 connect to RBS750P sats? I think this is my challenge but wanted to put it out there before I craved out the time to call Netgear again. It seems your better off knowing the challenge before calling.
thank you in Advance for anyone's assist here.

There is no RBS750P models. There is just RBR750 and RBS750.
Can you confirm the model# of the RBS and RBR? Please look at the sticker under the RBS and RBR to see the actual model# printed here. What model # is seen here? This wouldn't happen to be a RBK760 series or RBR/RBS350?
v6 FW is not a valid version for the 750 series, there was v4 and now v7 only.
RBS need to be updated first before the RBR is.

Well like I mentioned, I don't have my original Router to compare, but here is an image of one of the SATs - The Router is clearly a RBR750 (no P after the written model) - and the sats are RBS750P in the image. These models also reflect in the web GUI.
What was the original router? Another RBR750?
Interesting. Where did you get this set from? Have never need a P model in the model name. Wondering if this was from some special market or from an ISP maybe?
Ok, I see, there was a P series kit. RBK750P, which seems to be a 350 series hardware, RBR and RBS 350:

So this is v6 FW specific for this model kit then.
And you got a actual RBR750 which doesn't support the v6 FW. Never did. So your system won't work together with the RBR750 actual and these RBS750P (RBS350) satellites that use v6 FW.
What happened to the original RBR750P router unit?
Only thing that you can do, if your going to keep the RBR750, find you some RBS750 actual model# satellites and then get them updated to v7 FW and then your system will be good to run.
These are actual RBS750s: https://www.netgear.com/support/product/rbs750/
