No internet through Orbi when modem set to bridge mode.

I cannot find an explanation of how Bridge mode is different from Passthrough mode.

ISP (AT&T Reseller) says "Passthrough" requires full factory reset to undo (meaning physical access to the modem, which is mounted at 3-story peak); "Bridge" can be undone via ethernet access to modem.
I've not been able to confirm that in any Teltonika documentation -- nor have I found any other explanation of the difference.
I would contact your ISP and have them help you with this. There maybe some user account or PPPoE account information needed on the RBR to make it work when the ISP modem is in bridge mode.
Already contacted ISP -- should work as configured. I'm stumped.
Only other option I see is to put Orbi itself into bridge mode; loss of some Orbi functionality, but it might improve performance.
AP mode I presume...yes for now...Something on the RBR doesn't like it when the ISP modem is in bridge mode.
Or use the DMZ or IP pass thru on the modem with the RBR in router mode. I think AP mode will be best.
