No sure if my ORBI RBR750 is broken

I have an ORBI RBR750 system for about 3 years now.  A tree fell during an ice storm and knocked out my FIOS internet.  I got on AT&T cellular internet for a few days until FIOS service returned.

I put the ORBI on the AT&T router and it ran fine. Once FIOS service returned, I put the ORBI back on FIOS. A few days later my ORBI units no longer work. I have done a factory reset on ORBI units, they no longer work on AT&T or FIOS. The lights are static white.

Any ideas?

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router and satellite(s) been performed since last update?

Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:

    Turn off and unplug modem.

    Turn off router and computers.

Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.

Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.

Turn on computers and rest of network.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 UTP is recommended.

Check with ISP for FIOS configurations that maybe needed on the RBR.

Try using custom DNS for IPv6 like cloudfare or quad9

    Disable IPv6 on the RBR.
