one RBS750 'died', other one won't reconnect after testing power blocks

Hadn't looked at app in a while. RBR750 - green, one RBS750 - green, one RBS750 -red. 

Unplugged disconnected satellite. Plugged back in. Pale red light at power connector. No ring light at all. Not usual. Tried the power connector in two other outlets, same. Maybe power block bad? 

So went to other RBS750, showed green in app. Unplugged from it, plugged into first unit...still pale red light at power connection. OK, looks like that unit has died. Tried pressing Sync (and Sync at RBR750) - nothing. Paper clip in Reset hole. Nothing.

 

So, plug the working RBS750 back in. Light at power connector is red, then turns green...But ring light never comes up on THAT unit.

 

Now I have two satellites that don't work. Tried Sync on that second one, the one that was working before I unplugged it. Nothing.

 

So I have a wifi network connection, from the RBR750, but neither RBS750 satellite will come up. No ring light, nothing. 

 

Any ideas?

  • OK, the Satellite that was working before, then stopped during my tests, has come back up after pressing 'Reset' a couple of times with a paper clip.

     

    So I think I just have a dead RBS750. Lovely.

     

    Any warranty on this?
