Orbi 4.6.3.16 Firmware blocks apple servers

I have an ORBI RBK852 system and it recently auto-updated to firmware 4.6.3.16.  After this update, I have been unable to connect to any of the Apple services/servers - preventing the Find My network from functioning while connected to Wifi and preventing Wi-Fi calling on my Macbook.  Has anyone had similar issues or would be able to suggest a resolution?

    What modem/gateway is it connected to? 

    Are you using IPv6?

    Have you tried a different DNS provider? You can try googles at 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4

     

    If there's an issue after a firmware upgrade, one of the first things I try is a factory reset. Sometimes old settings can cause issues.
