I have 3 satellites and 20 devices on my network . The app says all satellites are disconnected and only 4 wired device are connected plus my phone in 2.4g. I have 5 firesticks streams right now so I...

What FW is loaded on the RBS and RBR? 

 

What does the RBRs web page report the RBS status?

The firmware is V7.2.6.31_5.0.24    the sat say disconnected. My phone and wife phone are currently on the network and working I see the mac address and ip address on the phone  and they  dont show up at all in the app or computer, Only 4 wired devises and 1 firestick  show as connected  .

    And you have RBS750s? 

     

    May need to factory reset the RBS and RBR and setup from scratch.

     

    v.31 has issues that users have been posting about, recommend downgrading the system back to v.21 FW:

      2nd replied - I unpluged and disconnected one wired device . It still shows as connected. I think this is frozen. Can I try and remove  1 satellite and reinstall thru the ap ? I am trying to think of things that give you experts more info

        Can you take a screen capture of the RBRs connected devices web page. Top portion of the RBS and post it here in this thread?

         

        So the ethernet connecte device behind the RBS is working?

    Thanks for the support. What happens if I do nothing . Everything is connected but not showing up. Why should  I be concerned  right now if I cant use the app. No one is having any big issues when connected. Some apps like you tube tv act a little funny but we havent notice speed or connection issue. I am not very technical and I do not want to screw up something so I worry about me manually updating things ? Thoughts ?
