I have 3 satellites and 20 devices on my network . The app says all satellites are disconnected and only 4 wired device are connected plus my phone in 2.4g. I have 5 firesticks streams right now so I know they are connected none are showing up. What do I do now to get everything back in the ap

i have not reset everything yet. I may just go to Google internet and they will provide the router. My latest issue is MY orbi app on my phone show very high speeds when I run the speed test 613 down load 23 up load. my phone when i run ookla speentest 59 down and 23 up. i have 39 devices some of my firestic are gettin very so speed rating 4-18 down 12 up. i have un plug the fire stck and reconnect and no real change . any thoughts would be appreciated
What FW is loaded on the RBS and RBR?
What does the RBRs web page report the RBS status?
The firmware is V7.2.6.31_5.0.24 the sat say disconnected. My phone and wife phone are currently on the network and working I see the mac address and ip address on the phone and they dont show up at all in the app or computer, Only 4 wired devises and 1 firestick show as connected .
Thanks for the support. What happens if I do nothing . Everything is connected but not showing up. Why should I be concerned right now if I cant use the app. No one is having any big issues when connected. Some apps like you tube tv act a little funny but we havent notice speed or connection issue. I am not very technical and I do not want to screw up something so I worry about me manually updating things ? Thoughts ?
