Orbi 870 - Netgear device already registered with another account

Hello,

In the Orbi app I am trying to enable Anywhere Access for my Netgear Orbi 870 system, but I receive the message: “This Netgear device is already registered with another account.”

I only have one Netgear account and in My Products I can see the Orbi within that account. There is no option to remove or deregister the device as far as I can see.

What could I do to make sure my product is only registered by myself and to enable anywhere access?

Note: I have the Orbi app installed on two iPhones with the same Netgear account.
