The Orbi WAN port Is supposed to autonegotiate one of these speeds with the ISP device:
Autonegotiation is a feature built into the actual Ethernet hardware (not a user setting).

The router web interface should report that the speed negotiated is 10G (maybe 10000Mbps?) If it reports being connected at 5G, then that is the most data it will support.
So, it is either a cable issue or a compatibility issue between the Orbi Ethernet hardware and the ISP Ethernet hardware.
