Orbi 960 not obtaing a DHCP address from upstream carrier 5G modem/router.

The original post does not specify:
- What became of the Arris and Telstra equipment. They are no longer connected, correct?
- What 'mode' the Orbi system is in. ('router' or 'access point')
At some point, it might be a good idea to update the Orbi firmware to the current release (v7.2.8.5) satellites first, router last. The system does not need to be connected to the internet for this process. Just download the installation files from Netgear and perform the update while connected to the satellites and router locally.

Although a Factory Reset on the Orbi system can involve a bit of effort (about two hours of tedious typos in my case), when "things aren't right" sometimes a Factory Reset is appropriate.
- What became of the Arris and Telstra equipment. They are no longer connected, correct? RES: Correct, they are no longer connected, and the contract with the previous ISP has ended. The Telstra Smart Modem 3 has been returned. The Arris Cable modem is still connected to the HFC cable, but is powered off.
- What 'mode' the Orbi system is in. ('router' or 'access point') RES: Orbi 960 is in Router mode.
