Orbi app not showing satellites connected
My issue is simple: I have 1 Orbi as the router and 5 satellites. Everything is working, but I can't see any of the satellites in the Orbi app. I have tried finding them again, but they're not off th...
Please describe how the satellites are connected to the router.
- Are they using 'wireless' backhaul?
- Are they connected using an Ethernet switch?
- Is the router in the default 'router' mode or in access point 'AP' mode?
How does the Orbi web interface Attached Devices display the satellites?
- Yes, wireless backhaul.
- No they are using wireless backhaul
- The router is in default router mode.
Attached is the network map from the Orbi app. It shows all the satellites as offline, but they are all working.
