Orbi AX6000/rbr850 not working
Good Morning,
Im at my witts end regarding my orbi rbr850 and satellites. I purchased in March of 2021, and was immediately pleased with the coverage and speed throughout my home. Fast forward to 3 days ago, suddenly my wifi network will not work. It broadcasts the ssid, and allows users to connect, but then does not communicate with the device. Additionally, the satellites (i have 2, one with a PC connected via ethernet) do not work either. I have tried powercycling and I have tried factory resets, none of them work. During the multiple factory resets, the majority of the time I can not use the orbi app on my iphone because although it connects to the router via wifi, it doesnt communicate, which leaves the process in a goofy loop. Half the time when I connect to the router directly via ethernet, I have to power cycle it multiple times in order to actually recieve data. The times I was able to fully reset the router, I was always able to access the orbi router via the "connect from anywhere" feature on the orbi app, but my devices never registered as being connected.
In my frustration I ended up manually updating the firmware to the newest version, the 4.X.X.X (dont remember the numbers), and that did nothing. Currently I am utilizing my internet via a guest network, which seems to be operating fine, but I can not use the ethernet connection on my office computer connected directly to the satellite. My orbi is in router mode and connected to a fully bridged cable modem.
I dont know what to do, im thinking its time to switch to eero if I cant get this fixed. Could it be some kind of RMA issue as it was sudden and without change? Any help would be immensly appreciated.

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? If not, please try this.
Also configure the RBR for these values after the reset:

The modem is a hitreon coda 4589
I did do multiple factory resets on the router after the firmware upgrade, but i can do another one with the specs you listed
Your ISP Modem already has a built in router and wifi. This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktop
