Update:
I attempted to get a log, I am now unable to login to the orbi. Every time I enter the username and password, it tells me to reset the password…
As I mentioned in the original post, all lined up to the orbi have been tested and confirmed good by the ISP.

Be sure to clear out all browser caches before entering the modems web page.
Try a different browser to log in.
Will need to review the cable connections and event logs pages here.

I would ask the ISP to turn down the power some.

I have had the cable company come out to turn down the power. They have done that but no change to the internet connection.
