v.31 FW has some issues from what others post about so we don't recommend using it.
If you choose to downgrade, got back to v.21 on the RBS first, then RBR lastly:
After the system has been downgraded, you'll need to factory reset and setup from scratch. Review this for best practice for this: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi-WIFI-6-AX-AND-Wi-Fi-6E-AXE/Procedure-for-Factory-reset-of-RBS850/m-p/2356834/highlight/true#M52575

Thanks for the reply
Building construction is standard but has brick walls, so I have moved satellite 1 closer ( connected by Wifi) - it now has backhaul status as good, and I have connected satellite 2 by cable directly to router ( but its status remains poor)
It seems to be working ok mostly but the whole system seems to be offline at times - then flicks back online??
Also satellite 2 ( cable connected ) has backhaul status as poor?? - Can you explain that?
I think I will see how it goes over 24 hrs , if it doesnt settle down I might try changing the firmware backwards.
Thanks in advance.
