Orbi port forwarding not working
Hi, I am trying to set up port forwarding on my Orbi AX4200. The purpose is to set up remote access to my Plex server running on a Synology NAS, which is connected to one of the satellites of my...

Hmm. This morning the IPs on canyouseeme.org and the Internet Port in the Orbi interface match (24.130.31.134). This was not the case last night. My internal router IP is 192.168.1.1 and the NAS is set to 192.168.1.9 (static IP; the DHCP range on the router is set to start at 192.168.1.10). However, if I check the port on canyouseeme.org, I still get an error. Remote Access on the Plex server is still not available. Any other clues?
BTW I disabled UPnP in the Orbi interface. The Plex support page says that generally UPnP should allow enabling remote access automatically (without manual port forwarding) but this didn't work for me. This is why I am trying the port forward.
Thanks.

Sorry, I don't see what else could be wrong. This post reported similar Plex port forwarding difficulties but did not post a solution: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi-WiFi-6-AX-and-WiFi-6E-AXE/Port-Forwarding-Not-Working/td-p/2108524
One thing is check that your Plex server port 32400 is really running per: https://support.plex.tv/articles/200931138-troubleshooting-remote-access/. Are you able to access your Plex server within your own network via this internal IP address and port 32400?

Yes, I can access the plex server internally via web browser (<name of nas>:32400) and also via the plex app on my phone. In both cases I see my personal library.
