Does problem happen if you turn OFF the RBS and just run with the RBR?
Yes, I tried this and it still runs into the same issue.
With all RBS online, you could downgrade the FW on the RBS first to v.21 then downgrade the RBR lastly.
After the RBS and RBR are downgraded, you'll need to factory reset the system and setup from scratch, then see if problem resolves or not.
I'll give this a try. Is this to see if the latest firmware is causing the issue? I'm assuming you don't want me to update firmware to latest version after factory reset right?
