ORBI RBR750 - Satellite will not connect
I've been stuck on this for a while, scoured the web for anything, and tried them all. I purchase the ORBI system back in June of 2024. When I got them I set up the router and connected the satellite. Because I didn't need the Satellite at the time (a small house) I unplugged and it sat for a couple of months. Finally, in August it was time to use the satellite. At this point, the light turned blue but the app said there was no satellite and it couldn't be found.
Since then, I've done factory resets (probably about 12 times now) and tried setting it up fresh using different things I've found online. The app never finds the satellite. The light usually turns blue on the physical satellite, but I can't confirm if it's working, and the app says it's not there. I'm at a loss for what to do, and because time went by before I hit this, I don't get support from Netgear.
Some notes:
1. Latest firmware according to the ORBI app there is nothing newer (v7.2.6.31)
2. Tried the sync button before and after factory reset and fresh setups
3. Factory reset was done on both devices.
4. IOS 18.1.1 with ORBI version 2.42.1.16
