Orbi RBR750 / RBS750 All Devices Show Connected to RBR750
Hi all,
After getting the update a few weeks back to finally enable me to login using the web and orbi app, a new problem springs up.
I have the RBR750 on my main floor (house setup--basement, main floor, 2nd floor). I have one satellite on the bottom floor (basement) direct wired into the RBR and another RBR on my 2nd floor that is not wired direct. If I go into attached devices in the web portal, I can see the satellites both attached (one wired and one 5ghz) to the router but when I look at the connected devices under connected orbi, every devices lists the RBR750 as the connected Orbi. In the App all devices are listed under the RBR750 and no devices under the satellites. My desktop is directly wired into the besetment satellite and that shows as connected to the RBR750.
I am running 4.6.8.2_2.1.9 on the RBR and the RBS's both are running 4.6.5.14. Maybe this is the problem?

Yes.
I recommend that you update the RBS FIRST to v.5:
Then the RBR lastly.
Use a wired PC connected to the RBR and open up the RBS IP address in a web browser and send the FW file directly to each RBS.

Thank you. I updated both RBS's and now some devices are connected to them. I will update the RBK later tonight, although I am now hesitant after updating the RBS's and it all appears to be working better.
