Orbi RBR750 and 2 RBS350 problems updating

Issue 1 - can't update:

I created a couple of profiles and added a few devices. However, my problems began when I tried to add an Apple TV to a profile that I created. When I try and add it, I get the very generic message "Something went wrong. Please try again." After trying again multiple times I went online to try and find a solution. I have tried multiple steps but nothing has worked. It seems he first step is to ensure I have the most recent version of the firmware installed.

Right now, I have the red "Update" button that shows under the 2 satellites. When I press this button, it searches and finds a "new firmware update". However, the Current Version says 4.6.5.14 and the New Version says 4.3.4.8. Now, I'm no techno wizard, but in my experience "newer versions" should be a bigger number. I still follow through and click update again, but after doing whatever the software does, it says it is having problems accessing the firmware.

Issue 2 - can't move a device to a profile:

When I try to add a device to a profile that I created, it returns the message, "Something went wrong. Please try again." I have made new profiles and add it (didn't work), I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it (didn't work), and I reset each satellite and router (didn't work). This issue is the ultimate one, but the first one up above may be related.

Please can someone help me resolve this?

Be sure to keep the RBS and RBR at the same level from the RBK653 download site. Don't mix FW from the RBK750 series site.
