Orbi RBR750 Problem

Hi All,


I have an Orbi RBR750 issue.  Both the router and satellite are firmware v4.6.9.11_2.3.5 and are configured to backhaul traffic through a wired connection. 

 

My issue is that recently the guest network has begun advertising even though its disabled.  I reboot the router and satellite and temporarily goes away, and then at some point within a few days it comes back. 

 

Any ideas?

    Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last update?

     

    Try enabling Guest Network, Set a new name for the network. Let the system apply the change. Then after the system is back, go back on disable GN...
