Orbi RBR750 Satellite Device Connection Issues

Recently I started having issues with my iPhone dropping wifi connection as I walk around the house. Everything works fine when I am in my office and connected wirelessly tot he main router. When I walk to the kitchen it drops wifi and just spins on the wireless network name on the iphone. My assumption is it is trying to switch to the Satellite2 but it is not connecting.
I can click on the guest network and it joins immediately, but when I check the connected devices in GUI it is connecting to the router in the other room, not the satellite.
Additionally I have several wireless light switches in the area closer to the satellite and they are all connecting to the main router. There are actually 0 devices wirelessly connected to Satellite2. I do have some wired home theater devices, but because they are wired they show connected to router also.
Looked for a way to turn off the wireless point of Satellite 2 but that seems to defeat the purpose. Just not sure why nothing will connect to that satellite. Am I missing a setting somewhere? I may just have to take it out of the mix with a regular switch since it seems the router covers that area well enough.

One last thing. I tried to do a firmware update, and it shows there is anew version for both router and Satellite1, but for Satellite 2 the status says "Service Unreachable". Not sure if that helps someone troubleshoot.
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
