Orbi RBR750 Stopped Working
My 12 month old Orbi router system RBR750 just stopped working. The first router just blinks white while the second one is solid white and the third was purple and now solid white. I have rebooted the whole system - unplugged the xfinnity modem and the orbi system multiple times trying to get the whole thing to work. I am not a computer person and would appreciate any simple help or guidance. The Obri system doesnt appear on my app on phone any more either. Please help.

In general, the first step in trouble shooting is to power off everything but the RBR750 router, which is connected to the ISP modem.
Power cycle the RBR740 and observe the "Ring LED's" (at the top).
i have powered off the orbi device and restarted it, i have powered off the router and the orbi devices (main and satalites) and rebooted - none of that worked - it just keeps blinking white.
Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi AX (WiFi 6) products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi AX and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
