My download speeds is only 65MBs but my upload is 495mbs. MY Internet provide has a download speed of over 500mbs for me when I log into my ISP and run speed test. But when I log into the Orbi is 65mbs. Any ideas? Is it time to replace the ORBI with something else?

How are you speed testing? Wireless or wired ethernet? What devices are you speed testing with? What Firmware version is currently loaded?What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended. How many RBS are deployed? Try disabling the following and see:Armor, Smart Parental Controls or Circle, Traffic Meter.

I'll check on the verizon gear... The home is 2900 sq feet and it's over 30 feet from Sat 1 to sat 2. It's under 30 ft from the router to Sat 1 (that distance is more like 15 ft

15 feet is TOO close. 30 feet minimum in between the RBR and all RBS.
