Orbi RBR850 Firmware Update

HI There,

My Orbi App has said for about 8 months that there is no Firmware update to be applied to the router.

Currently it is on Firmware V4.6.3.16

Yet when I search on the Orbi website it mentions about Firmware V4.6.9.11?

Any ideas why my Orbi App wont find the latest firmware to update to?

Could just be that version has an issue with it. You can always upgrade manually.

I'd recommend upgrading the satellites first and then the router.

  Thanks for the info - so are you saying I should update the satellite I have first - manually, then update the router manually, then power both off, and reboot them and all should be good?
