Orbi RBR850 Firmware Upgrade

Question

I'm trying to update the firmware on my Orbi router. When I login to the router I go to firmware update. When it begins to check, it tells me that the router has no firmare updates but online line there is a firmware update V7.2.6.21. My Orbi currently has V4.6.14.3. Also, the checking for update feature never finishes. For the satellites,

is stuck on "please wait a moment". When I refresh the page and try again, the same thing happens. Do I need to update to the next version after the V4.x.x.x?

You can manually update.&nbsp;
Update the satellites first and then the router.&nbsp;
