Orbi RBR850 more detailed network info??
I'm looking to be able to glean more detailed info about my network from the RBR850 router, such as actual signal strength of connected devices, which is not shown on the main Orbi web page or app.
I know there are additional entry points, such as http://orbilogin.net/debug.htm which DO provide some additional insights, but I wonder what additional methods there might be for me to get the additional network info I need?
Any insights appreciated.
Jeff

That's annoying; I'd have made another choice if I'd known that. (I'd assumed Netgear, with its chops, would provide better and more useful info!)

Orbi routers use the Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) to communicate with the Orbi 'app'.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SOAP
If you have access to Microsoft Excel, there is a spreadsheet that will display all sorts of useful information, including the signal strength and link rate of individual devices. Fill in the router password and click in the big box.
The spreadsheet uses Excel macros to extract information from the router and display it on a series of tabs.
Alas, it is beyond my capability to turn the macros into something else.
