Orbi RBR850 w/4 Satellites Firmware Ver4.6.3.16 - Trouble Connecting
Seriously need some help team as I am on the verge of just buying something new if I can not get this resolved as it is impacting my working from home.
I have the Orbi RBK853 or RBR850 if what you read from the Orbi app is accurate...I am guessing the RBK853 is the Router plus the sattelites. That being said I have purchased extra satellites to try to address my lack of connetion issue....so my house has a router and 4 satellites total. I am running on version 4.6.3.16 as the firmware.
I have a fiber line running to the house (Cox Cable) Modem Box that connects to the router and then I have all 4 satelites connected to the router through a switch in my closet. The trouble is with the wifi connections though. Nothing hardwired to the satellites to the router are having issues.
My router is in the NE corner of my house (2nd floor) and the satellite in question is in the SW corner (1st floor) - again hardwired but my wife who's laptop is in the office only 6ft away from the satellite (on WIFI) is losing connection. I originally thought it could be her laptop but its other laptops too and not just that but when I was in the app earlier today I noticed that devices that were near other satellites were connecting to ones further away. Most connecting to the router instead of the satellite closer to them
Sqft of the house 4800sqft - Distance between satellites varies but all over 50ft I have the router NE corner (2nd floor), Loft (Middle of the house 2nd floor), My office (NW corner 2nd floor), Front room (1st floor NE corner just below the router), Wife's Office (SW corner 1st floor)...
Channels I am running - Channel 1 on 2.4GHz and 48 on 5GHz
Disable AX mode on 2.4Ghz - Enabled AZ mode on 5G
Wifi neighbors about 4
There is a great article at http://windsorwebdeveloper.com/making-netgear-orbi-great-again but its an old article that talks about telneting into the router and satellites to seperate the SSIDs but I do not believe that is possible any longer. I mention this as I keep thinking maybe this could be the issue?
Thoughts on what I should do to troubleshoot and possibly fix this issue.

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ethernet switch in the configuration?
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and Orbi system been performed since last update?
You may need to factory reset the system and power the system OFF as well.
