Orbi RBS750 disappeared

Recently, I updated my Orbi RBS750 satellite to firmware v7.2.7.15. I've now tried everything: factory reset on the satellite, factory reset on the router and reconfiguring the network, downgrading the satellite further to v4.6.11.1, removing the satellite from the list of attached devices and re-adding it, adding it through the App, adding it through the router portal, hitting the Sync buttons on one or both devices, combinations of all of the above. I've also tried and failed to upload firmware via ethernet cable and tftp. The reason it fails, as I've noticed, is that I actually can't truly factory reset the satellite - it always boots up to re-connect to the router. I've tried holding "reset" for different durations, unplugging the power once the light turns orange and blinks... Nothing helps. The satellite pops back into the network but invisible.

 

In general, my network is operational, but I'm rather annoyed that I can't manage it properly. Any suggestions?
