Orbi RBSE960 Satellite Issue
Hi,
I have an Orbi RBRE960/RBSE960 system with one router + 2 satellites (both satellites with ethernet wired connection to the router). One Satellite is working fine, however the other is not. It would not connect to the system (after working fine for a few months) and I reset it and got it connected but still doesn't work properly.
However, despite this I cannot connect anything to it (including a printer which is plugged into the back of the satellite via ethernet). The Satellite appears on the network map on the app. However, on the initial display of the admin login it says 1 satellite connected, but upon clicking and loading the attached devices page shows up in connected devices (showing 2 satellites). The trouble satellite also does not show up in the firmware update menu (note: according to the Orbi app the firmware version is the same as the router and other satellite; v7.2.6.31).
Not sure what to do here as it appears as such the system cannot tell if the satellite is connected?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

is the backhaul directly connected to the router? Running through a switch? running through a gateway device?

try taking that satellite, factory reset it, and hardwire it to the main unit with a different cable.
