Orbi Satellite RBS850
Hello, we have had the Orbi Satellite RBS850 in my house for about two years now and until recently it has worked great. Two weeks ago the Orbi started acting up, back then it was nothing simply shutting wifi on and off on your phone would fix. However last week until it started acting very weird. We have Fidium WiFi.
The WiFi is very spotty. It will go from working just fine then drop the network for 2-3 minutes. The WiFi won't disconnect from the device, just show "No connections, secured". It'll come back for maybe 5 minutes then the Orbi will turn pink/magenta either solid or flashing light. When this happens the WiFi will just stop, it glows pink and does nothing. We've reset it, turned it off and on, unplugged the router, unplugged everything for 10 minutes and no matter what this problem keeps coming back. Everything's updated, security is fine, there is no problem. We contacted support via phone call and the support lady said she needed to "Clear some errors, then reset your wifi and it should work". As someone works in the customer service industry in my family I was told this is EXACTLY what they say when there is no problem and they just need to say something.
Someone please help, this has been going on for WEEKS with no solution.
