Orbi: Wired and Wireless devices behave as if they're on separate networks

I read about a similar issue in these forums, but the solution didn't work. This is just really strange. I have the Orbi AX6000 with 1 satellite. Wired devices are hooked up to a 24-port Netgear switch, wireless devices are connecting to the Orbi router or satellite, and all devices are in the 192.168.1.1 - 255 range. There is communication between them, but they're behaving like they're remote to one another. The best example I have is with the Windows Your Phone app. My Phone can see my PC and start the process to link, but it never links. For some reason the wired and wireless devices think they're on separate networks.

Anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this issue?

  • What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

What is the Mfr and model# of the ethernet switch in the configuration?

Is the RBS wired or wireless connected to the RBR?

What happens if you take the PC and directly wire (no switch) it to the back of the RBR and connect the wireless device to the RBRs wifi. I would turn OFF the RBS for this quick test.
